Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By booking any tour or program with Q Adventures Peru, you agree to all the provisions outlined below. These terms are binding for all participants.

General Conditions

Programs may change due to weather conditions or group preferences.

We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

We are not responsible for illness or accidents; all costs are the client’s responsibility.

Clients are responsible for any equipment provided and must cover loss or damage.

Clients must be physically and mentally fit for the activities.

Booking Procedures (Deposit)

Please contact us before making any payment. A 50% deposit per person is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.

Payment methods include Western Union, PayPal, or online payments. Transfers must be made in the name of Q Adventures Peru staff.

All bank fees and transfer costs must be covered by the client.

Final Payment

The program price is in U.S. dollars. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the tour at our office.

We accept cash (Peruvian soles or U.S. dollars) and Visa (8% commission applies).

The agreed price at booking confirmation will not change.

Cancellation by the Client

Cancellations must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable.

More than 15 days before departure: loss of 50% deposit

15 to 7 days before departure: 50% refund only if full payment was made

Less than 48 hours before departure: no refund

Changes or Cancellation by the Company

Programs may be modified due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, technical issues, strikes, or government decisions.

We will offer alternative arrangements but do not guarantee refunds in these cases.

If cancellation is caused by Q Adventures Peru, a 100% refund will be issued.

Acceptance of Risk

Some tours involve inherent risks including physical or emotional injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

You confirm that you are physically and mentally prepared and assume full responsibility.

Authority on Tour

The guide’s decisions are final in matters concerning safety and group well-being.

Failure to comply with instructions or Peruvian laws may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Travel Documents

Clients must carry a valid passport (original or copy) during the tour.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, repatriation, cancellations, and lost luggage.

Third-Party Services

Some services are provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines and hotels. While we ensure quality standards, we are not liable for their actions or delays.

Claims and Complaints

Complaints must first be reported to the guide during the tour. Further claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the tour ends.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Cusco, Peru under Peruvian law.

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour.
